Meet Heidi & Brian

  • Heidrun (Heidi) integrates 18 years of practicing healing arts into sessions with clients. Learning subtle energetic balancing methods in 2007 led to hands-on massage and Ayurvedic bodywork education in 2013. She sees bodywork as a healing partnership, where sessions are personally attuned to the current needs of a client.

Her specialty combines clinical expertise with holistic modalities, so you feel relaxed, grounded, rejuvenated, and at home in your body.

  • Brian discovered a gift for massage long before any formal training, practicing on family members as a child. He attained licensure from completing Kripalu’s massage program in 2008 and continued his education in neuromuscular, Reiki, Shiatsu, Thai, and sports massage.

His professional training and personal experience come together in a practice that is respectful, warm, holistic, and therapeutically attuned. His grounded understanding of biomechanics reduce pain, increase mobility, and support both heart and spirit.

You are in good hands with Brian!
